App: Jayak user / customer app (Android & iOS) · Platform / website: https://jayak.online
This Privacy Policy explains how Jayak (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Jayak mobile application and/or related web experience (where available) to order food and related products for delivery from restaurants and stores on our marketplace. By using the service, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Jayak is not the food provider itself. Restaurants and stores supply the products; Jayak acts as a technical and commercial layer connecting you to them and, where applicable, to delivery and payment services.
This Policy is for end customers of the Jayak user app. Other Jayak products (e.g. merchant or rider applications) may have separate policies.
Name, phone number, and email (when you register or complete your profile), and sign-in details (e.g. email/phone, or a third-party identity provider if you choose that option).
Selected addresses, cart contents, items, prices, order status, and service history as needed to operate the platform and fulfil orders. Contact information required for delivery (e.g. phone) when the service needs it.
If you grant permission, we may use location to show nearby restaurants and offers, improve delivery accuracy, and calculate distance/zone features according to our settings. You can change location permissions in your device settings.
Device type, operating system, app language, session identifiers, and technical signals for security, fraud prevention, and reliability (e.g. crash data, often in aggregated or de-identified form).
Push tokens and identifiers (e.g. via Google Firebase or similar) to send order updates and offers when you opt in to notifications.
Camera / photo library only when you use a feature that requires uploading a photo (e.g. profile image or an attachment, if available).
